Is this a subscription?
No. You pay once for the current major version. If the next major version comes out within 12 months of your purchase, it is included. After that, a major upgrade may be optional and paid, and you can keep using the version you already own.
When does the trial start?
At your first real correction, not installation. Setup and guided practice do not use trial time. All features are included for 30 days.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 30 days of purchase, for any reason. Email [email protected] with your order number.
What if I need it but cannot afford it?
You can request a personal goodwill license for one Mac. No financial documents or explanation of your circumstances is needed. Requests are reviewed individually, subject to availability. Request a goodwill license.
What happens after the introductory offer?
60 days after launch the price becomes $29. A license purchased at the introductory price has the same features and terms.
